What our parents say

I would like to take the time to say a big “thank you” to each & every one of you for all the support & care provided for my Son. He has looked forward to every day that he has attended & has enjoyed all the activity & events that have taken place & has also made some very good friendships along the way. I’m extremely grateful for all the extra effort that has been made by the Nursey to accommodate for our needs along the way. I can't stress enough just how professional & caring all the members of staff have been going over & above constantly making this a fantastic experience for both me & my son. We wish you the very best in the future, keep up the good work!

Chuan Joel Jordan’s Mummy

Step By Step Nursery has provided a warm and welcoming environment for my daughter and I am delighted to say that she always waves goodbye happily to me each morning when I drop her off. She has a strong bond with her key worker, who has been consistent since she started at Step By Step Nursery, and also clearly loves the other team members who know her by name. Step By Step Nursery ensure that the children spend a lot of time in the garden, something that is very important to me. In addition, the team ensure that she is able to spend time with her little brother in the baby room. All in all, Step By Step Nursery is a great environment and offers good value for money vs many other more expensive settings.

Jo Megan’s Mummy

Step by Step Nursery has been like a home away from home for Shay. He’s been with you guys for nearly four years and he’s absolutely loved every minute of it. From day one I’ve felt safe leaving him in the care of all the capable, lovely staff. Everyone is really friendly and approachable, the place is always clean and I know he’s well-fed when in your care. His development is spot on, I couldn’t have asked for a better nursery. It’s like a little family there and he’s really going to miss you all!

Shay’s Mum

I’ve thoroughly enjoyed having Stuart attend step by step Nursery. It’s a lovely little nursery. The staff are very helpful and are willing to go that extra mile. It’s extremely handy starting at 7:30 as it means I can still get work with enough time to get sorted before the day begins. Stuart has loved spending time with all the staff and children at the nursery. I love the fresh food made on-site and that the dietary requirements are catered for if need be.  The email sent home during the child’s time in the infant and nursery room is lovely. Especially with the photos attached. I can’t recommend it enough to other mothers in the area.

Charlie Josh & Stuart’s Mum

I feel that Step by Step Nursery Bushey have contributed greatly to my two young sons early development and confidence and am grateful for this. The teachers and assistants have shown dedication and patience in their roles, giving comfort and warmth to my sons in those times of need, whilst providing encouragement and enthusiasm as they achieve new goals. Step By Step Nursery provide a happy learning environment with a wide range of activities and seem to understand each individual’s needs, recognising strengths and areas that could be developed further through careful assessment. Well done to you all, great job.
