To ensure we can operate a safe and sustainable nursery, there are some simple restrictions which we ask customers to observe when deciding on their hours.

Q. WHAT HAPPENS IF MY CHILD IS TAKEN ILL AT NURSERY?
We will contact you immediately if your child is taken ill. Depending on the illness, we may ask for permission to administer medicines such as Calpol.
Otherwise we will ask you to come and collect your child if they are not well enough to be in nursery or have a contagious illness.
In the interests of all children it is important that your child is well before returning to nursery.
Q. CAN I CLAIM THE FREE EARLY YEARS EDUCATION GRANT?
Including Childcare Vouchers & Child Tax Credits
Yes, every child can claim 30 hours of nursery education from the term after their 3rd birthday. Please note that the FEYE grant is only received for 38 weeks a year.
We are also registered with the main childcare voucher providers, however, if your employer uses one we are not registered with, we can register with them. We are happy to accept childcare vouchers from both parents, even if they are from different voucher providers.
Please Note: We give priority to standard all year round bookings so availability of free 38 week bookings maybe subject to restrictions and vary from term to term.
