Since introducing Stay & Plays, we have noticed a dramatic change in the speed at which new children settle at Step By Step Nurseries, and as well as giving your child the perfect opportunity to get to know their peers, their new environment and our staff, it gives you the freedom to get to know the staff who will be caring for your child.
SIMPLE & STRESS FREE
Once on our waiting list, you can enjoy all the benefits of our "Stay & Play" sessions. This is an opportunity for you to bring our child into the nursery for an hour in the morning or the afternoon and play with them in the nursery room.
ALLOCATED KEY PERSON
Every child who comes through our doors is allocated their own key person. The key person will get to know your child’s likes and dislikes, their comfort and sleep requirements, dietary requirements and their medical history.
Working together means your child benefits from the familiarity of their everyday routine. We plan for the individual needs of your child, providing a happy continuity between home and nursery. With this partnership, you can be confident that your child is in capable hands.
